Self-Pickup/Self-Collect Policy

Overview

Our "Self-Pickup/Self-Collect" option allows customers to collect their online orders directly from our shop. This service is designed to provide convenience and flexibility while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

How It Works

  1. Order Placement: Select the "Self-Pickup/Self-Collect" option at checkout when placing your order on our website.
  2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp with the pickup details, including the pickup location, hours, and any specific instructions.
  3. Pickup Timeframe: Orders must be picked up within 30 business days from the date of the confirmation notification. Failure to collect within this period, we will not be responsible if the parcel is lost or damaged.
  4. Identification: Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport) and your order confirmation number to verify your identity at pickup.
  5. Authorized Pickup: If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please notify us in advance via email at modanotrading@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 014-8940789 or 016-8671827 with the authorized person’s name and ID details.

  • Note: Pickup hours may vary during holidays or special events. Please check our website  or Facebok page for updates.

Important Policies

  • Order Verification: All items will be checked for accuracy before handover. Please inspect your order at the pickup location to ensure it matches your purchase.
  • No On-Site Returns: Returns or exchanges CANNOT be processed at the pickup location. Please follow our Return, Refund or Exchange Policy for instructions on returning exchange items.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is marked as ready for pickup, no changes (e.g., size, color, or item additions) can be made. Contact our customer service team at modanotrading@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 014-8940789 or 016-8671827 for assistance with order issues.
  • Non-Transferable: The self-pickup option is only available for orders placed with this delivery method selected at checkout. Shipping orders cannot be converted to self-pickup after confirmation. Self-collect orders cannot be converted to Shipping orders after confirmation.
