Section 1: Shipping Policy

Modano Boutique offers RM6.00 Flat Rate Shipping fee for product delivery within whole Malaysia (Penisular Malaysia, Labuan, Sabah and Sarawak).

Example:

Customer A purchases 1 dress RM99.00, add RM6.00 shipping fee = RM105.00 

Customer B purchases 3 dresses RM99.00 + RM89.00 + RM119.00 = RM307.00, add RM6.00 shipping fee = RM313.00

*Note: The extra shipping fee will be paid by us.

Section 2: Exchange Shipping Fee Policy

For exchanges, customers will need to bear the full delivery fee (Include shipping fee from customer to Modano Boutique and shipping fee from Modano Boutique to customer)

We are based in Kuching, Sarawak. When you make a purchase, we only charge RM6 for delivery because we help cover RM10+/- of the actual delivery cost. However, for exchanges, we are unable to subsidize the shipping.

📦 Shipping fees for return/exchange:

    •    Kuching to West Malaysia: RM15.00 FLAT RATE

    •    Within Sarawak, Kuching to Sabah and Kuching to Labuan: RM8.00 FLAT RATE

Also, please note that exchange items can be shipped together with new purchases(if any) based on the above stated "Shipping fees for return/exchange".

Section 3: Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship your items within 2-3 business days. Delivery to your location is estimated to take 5-7 business days, depending on the courier's delivery speed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier performance or unforeseen circumstances.
